This output starts from the desk definition of a vocational profile of International Marketing Manager articulated in competences, named and described with skills and knowledge/ability and an indication of EQF level, the result expected and the indicators to identify relative possession and exercise. The profile will be defined and shared during the 10 Focus Groups (2IT, 3ES, 2GR, 2TK,1FR) with the involvement of:
representatives of a group of agribusiness SMEs, to ascertain that the knowledge and skills/abilities described are those really considered necessary, so as to also define the minimum standards of possession/exercise
of a group of target group representatives (long-term unemployed or first time job seekers, with degrees in economic subjects), to identify the level of possession of knowledge and exercise of skills/abilities of the competence of planning, guidance and control of internationalisation processes for businesses
