As the second phase of the project is approaching and the participants will have to analyze a company in order to measure their potential to export their products, I would like to remark the increasing importance of the temporary export managers but also the difficulties they might find for internationalization. Here is an interesting article about it http://www.malagahoy.es/opinion/tribuna/internacionalizacion-empresas_0_1129387608.html
Very interesting, Marco.
I completely agree, mainly when the article says something like the obstacles (for internationalization) could be eliminated by applying efficient resources that improve human capital, eliminating regulations, encouraging and demanding financial regulations and implementing measures to avoid labor market problems, but not only using government grants, because they cause unfair competition.
A high qualification in languages, financial area, management, understanding and comparison of regulations is required. Training and skills development, not only for staff but for managers, is critical to undertake growth objectives.
